We are expanding our team and seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Cabinetmaker to join the team.

This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exclusive residential projects, collaborating with renowned architects and interior designers in a supportive and creative environment.

What you'll do

  • Translate design drawings into tangible, meticulously crafted cabinetry and furniture pieces.
  • Utilise a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision and efficiency.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in all aspects of production.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of various materials and their applications in cabinetry and furniture making.
  • Continuously seek innovative techniques and materials to enhance the quality and aesthetics of our products.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues, providing clear instructions and guidance when necessary.
  • Oversee the training and development of our apprentice cabinetmakers.
  • Employ excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the production process.
  • Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities to maintain workflow efficiency.

About you

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinetmaking.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings and plans.
  • Familiarity with woodworking machinery and hand tools, with a demonstrated ability to operate them safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of design software such as Solidworks, SketchUp or AutoCAD is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
